Our dog Schnoodle is so old she doesn’t know what’s up. She can barely see, has very few teeth, can’t hear unless we clap and is slowing down a bit. But she does love to eat and her nose knows. However, she doesn’t rightly know what’s going on right on her back. So we played a little game of feed the chickens from the back of Schnoodle. It was pretty funny. Have a look. As for Kitty, he’s too sophisticated to join in on the fun. 🙂

We used to tease Wally, our shy old mastiff, by putting a smidgen of food in front of him while our old cat Cassie (both are now dead) was nearby. She had that huge, 170 pound mastiff fearing for his life! You old guy seems oblivious! Seeing the chicken eat off your foot makes me want chicken pets! They still aren’t using their new house…my neighbor thinks the hens are too young.
